Food and coffee
We cannot take back food or coffee once it has left the shop. If a bag arrives split, a jar arrives broken or something tastes wrong, write to us within 14 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Brewing equipment
Unused brewing equipment can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the price you paid. Write to us first and we will send the return address. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within five working days of us receiving the return.
