Shipping
Sample text. This page is a starting point, not legal advice. Replace it with your own terms before you sell, and have it checked for the places you sell to.
When orders ship
- Coffee: roasted on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday. Orders placed by Monday at 11 pm ship that Wednesday.
- Pantry and brewing: shipped the next weekday.
- Mixed orders: shipped together on Wednesday.
Cost
US shipping is a flat $6.50, and free on orders over $60. Canadian orders are $14. We do not ship elsewhere at the moment.
Delivery times
Most US orders arrive two to four working days after they ship. You will get a tracking link by email when your order leaves.
Heat and cold
Chocolate does not ship between June and August, because it melts in the truck. Honey and oil are packed in padded boxes.
